Position : Bilingual Spanish Customer Care Specialist

Pay : $19-$20 / hr.

Testing : You will be tested onsite during the interview for Excel, Typing, and Spanish language translation

Description : Looking for someone with a high energy personality that can provide excellent customer service on the phone and email. You will be doing order processing from clients via email / phone / in person. Customers come to the counter on ocassion, so you will also be helping the in-person customers. Someone with 3+ years' experience in OFFICE based Customer Service would be ideal. Bilingual Spanish is required (Read and write required)

This person must be comfortable traveling out of state for trade shows 4-6 times yearly once hired with company

Desired Skills and Experience

Bilingual Spanish (read and write) MANDATORY

At least 1 year of relevant office based customer service experience REQUIRED
