Part of a cross-functional team that works with engineering, sales, and technical support to provide industry-best content to our customer base.

A successful candidate will be responsible for :

• Working with Technical Marketing as the technical point of contact for Signature Solar ‘s products.
• Designing, building, and testing application specific kits to address new customer applications.
• Working with Technical Marketing to understand the compatibility of Signature Solar products with other products in the system.
• Being a technical resource for the Technical Training team.
• Creating white papers, application notes, and videos that best communicate value and knowledge to our customers.
• Coordinating with the Technical Marketing team to address persistent Level 4 Technical support issues at the product level.
