Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foundation Foreman to lead and oversee our foundation crew. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete foundations, poured walls, and block work, with the ability to manage day-to-day site operations, ensure quality and safety standards, and lead a team effectively. This role works closely with our foundation crew supervisor to coordinate scheduling, jobsite needs, and project progress.

Responsibilities

• Manage concrete foundation crews on job sites
• Work closely with foundation crew supervisor to coordinate daily operations
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications
• Coordinate daily work schedules, materials, and equipment needs
• Schedule inspections and order concrete deliveries as required
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines
• Perform and oversee block laying and ensure proper installation methods are followed
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor for extended periods.
