Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foundation Foreman to lead and oversee our foundation crew. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete foundations, poured walls, and block work, with the ability to manage day-to-day site operations, ensure quality and safety standards, and lead a team effectively. This role works closely with our foundation crew supervisor to coordinate scheduling, jobsite needs, and project progress.
Responsibilities
- Manage concrete foundation crews on job sites
- Work closely with foundation crew supervisor to coordinate daily operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications
- Coordinate daily work schedules, materials, and equipment needs
- Schedule inspections and order concrete deliveries as required
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines
- Perform and oversee block laying and ensure proper installation methods are followed
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor for extended periods.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required5+ years of concrete foundation experience (footings, poured walls, block laying, etc.)2+ years of supervisory or foreman experience preferredStrong knowledge of foundation construction methods, block work, and safety practicesStrong math and analytical skills with attention to detail.Ability to operate and direct use of concrete equipment and toolsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsCDL is a bonusPre-Employment Requirements :

Pay : $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
