Supervise and schedule warehouse staff to meet daily demands while maintaining high safety, quality, and productivity standards. Accurately manage and report timekeeping, shipping, receiving, and related documentation. Partner with production, quality, and leadership teams to support operational goals. Oversee warehouse housekeeping, organization, and maintenance. Assist with physical inventories, cycle counts, and interplant product transfers. Participate in new equipment purchases and process improvements. Motivate, coach, and develop team members to promote growth and operational excellence. Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and adherence to KTP policies. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

2nd Shift : Monday Friday | 3 : 00PM-11 : 00PM Supervisors are expected to arrive before shift start and will stay past the shift's end, to complete handoff and reporting Training will be on 1st shift for 3-6 weeks

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for safely maintaining continuous material flow throughout the plant to ensure production and customer demands are met. This leadership role manages warehouse personnel, oversees shipping and receiving operations, and ensures compliance with all safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
