Hungry, Humble, Honest, with Heart The Opportunity As a Partner Technical Enablement Manager, you'll lead the technical onboarding and continuous learning programs for our global channel partners. Your mission : ensure partners can confidently position, architect, and deliver Nutanix solutions in a cloud-first world.

Your Role

• Build and deliver scalable technical enablement experiencesincluding workshops, bootcamps, labs, and on-demand assetsfor pre-sales and delivery engineers within partner organizations.
• Create content and tools that simplify complex cloud-native technologies for partner audiences (e.g., demo scripts, technical playbooks, architecture guides, and hands-on labs).
• Leverage data to measure the success of enablement initiativese.g., partner engagement, certification progress, deal influence, and pipeline acceleration.
• Align closely with Channel SEs, Channel Account Managers, Partner Marketing, and Product teams to ensure technical enablement supports GTM strategies.
• Drive awareness and adoption of Nutanix solutions in hybrid and multicloud environments, including integration with public cloud platforms.

Remote : This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and / or to travel to other locations based on business needs. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $132,800 and USD $199,200 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
