job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssure all projects are built to drawings and specification Assure all materials orders are executed Maintaining schedule and meet deadlines Work alongside and communicate with sub contractors to move projects forward Maintain and organize field documents (Drawings, specifications, etc.) Participate in company training sessions Assure site superintendents maintain clean and safe sites 7+ years of construction experience Bachelor's degree in a construction related area of study Experience working on $5M+ projects Motivation to lead and learn Polished communication skills Strong analytical skills Project Locations : Milwaukee Family oriented culture Solid leadership out of top general contractors Mostly repeat clients Great relationships with local subcontractors Strong pipeline of projects through 2026 Base salary starting at $115K. Depending on experience, the base salary can be as high as 120K Strong potential for career growth in role and title Minimum of 3 weeks PTO 401K 100% health, dental and vision coverage for employee and family Flexible work hours An engaging role managing the firm's construction projects
