About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : Current critical care experience preferred

License : Current RN license

Certifications : BLS required, ACLS required, PALS preferred, IV and IV contrast certification required

Must-Have :

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing

Traveler must have completed at least 1 successful traveler assignment.

Must have strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate.

Previous employees must have been gone for at least 2 years and be eligible for rehire.

Description :

Provide quality patient care and assess patient's needs, including clinical, teaching, mental, and spiritual needs.

Recognize safety issues for self and others, and safely move patients as necessary.

Function well in stressful situations and exhibit good problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are required.

Assume duties as a charge nurse as needed.

Complete basic lethal dysrhythmia training within six months of employment.

Obtain NIHSS certification within the first six months of employment.

Coronary care course completion or challenge exam required during orientation period.
