Senior Manager, Social Impact Programs (North America)

Overview

The Senior Manager, Social Impact Programs for PepsiCo North America plays a vital role in driving the company's community investment strategy through impactful, business- and Foundation-funded initiatives. This leader will design, manage, and evaluate programs that address sustainable agriculture, food access, workforce development, and community resilience-ensuring alignment between business goals and community needs.

As a member of the PepsiCo Foundation, the Senior Manager will collaborate with internal teams-including Brand, HR, Public Policy / Government Affairs, Sustainability, Employee Resource Groups, and Communications-as well as external stakeholders such as nonprofits and community leaders, to deliver measurable, meaningful impact.

This role requires close coordination across the Corporate Affairs division and PepsiCo's North America businesses (PBUS and PFUS) to maximize community investments, leveraging PepsiCo's assets : employees, expertise, customers, partnerships, products, and philanthropic capital. By fostering trust and engagement with communities, this leader will enhance PepsiCo's community impact, corporate reputation and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will :

• Increase PepsiCo's social impact, community engagement, and visibility across North America.
• Design, execute, and oversee business- and Foundation-funded community programs and partnerships.
• Lead strategic community relations, including grantmaking, sponsorships, and partner performance reviews.
• Manage budgets for community investments and product donation programs.
• Partner with Communications and Public Policy teams to promote the visibility of social impact programs internally and externally.
• Organize and oversee employee volunteer programs, collaborating with the Global Employee Giving and Volunteering team to integrate engagement into grants and inspire associate participation.
• Build and manage relationships with nonprofits, civic organizations, and community leaders, maintaining comprehensive stakeholder records and engagement plans.
• Advise business teams on integrating social impact into brand, customer, and market strategies.
• Plan and execute high-visibility community events and activations tied to brand priorities and local needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional engagement with Communications, Legal, PPGA, Employee Engagement, and business units to ensure alignment and impact.
• Implement tools and frameworks from the Social Impact Center of Excellence to measure program effectiveness and outcomes.
