Technology and Innovation – OneStream Associate Director

Riveron is looking for an Associate Director focused on OneStream software to join our Technology and Innovation practice. The Associate Director will work with our financial / technical project team members in executing client projects that include OneStream Administrative or Managed Services Offerings, OneStream implementations, and OneStream technical support. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven OneStream / Corporate Performance Management software implementation background.

Base pay range : $148,000 – $224,000 per year

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS
• 8+ years of implementation or optimization of OneStream or other CPM (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, Adaptive)
• Completed multiple full-cycle OneStream implementations
• Experience gathering business requirements and effectively implementing a OneStream solution
• Experience with VB.NET, Visual Basic, or C# and business rule writing
• Understanding of consolidated financial statements
• Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting processes (financial close, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, reconciliation)
• Understanding of delivery methodology and project management
• Ability to lead teams in implementing solutions according to design / architecture
• Experience assisting customer workshop sessions to educate customers on technology trends and best practices
• Strong communication skills to deliver verbal, written, and oral messages to client leadership and internal teams
• Broad knowledge of OneStream Marketplace solutions
• OneStream Certifications or better is required
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office and data modeling
• Hyperion EPM / CPM experience a plus
