Role and Responsibilities :
- The goal of the office administrator is to asset the team in several different tasks between all Maruti locations.
- Work with the San Antonio and Corpus Christi operations to enter all trip encounters in portal.
- Manage company Lift account and schedule trips requested by the San Antonio and Corpus Christi market.
- Assist in administrative task and ensure all driver folder comply for San Antonio and Corpus Christi.
- Provide support to the corporate staff relating to various administrative task.
- Maintains accurate daily records of operations.
- Responds to customer comments / complaints in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Education Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required.Two or four year degree preferred. One to three years office administrative office assistance.Preferred Skills :
Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Ability to read, understand and interpret instructions, policies and procedures, to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time effectively conditions.Good written and oral communication skills use good grammar and appropriate form in routine correspondence.Additional Notes :
Must submit to drug test and background check.
