Senior Contract Data Analyst

Overview

JST is currently seeking a Senior Contract (Data) Analyst (HCA function) to join our team. This is a full-time Onsite position with potential hybrid / remote work at Defense Health Agency (DHA) in San Antonio, TX. The Senior Contract (Data) Analyst shall be professional in demeanor, appearance, and deportment. Employees shall be responsive. The Administrative Assistant may be required to interface with senior Government and industry officials. Personnel shall have excellent written and oral communications skills sufficient to provide clear concise communication and documentation. Proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project as well as with Adobe Acrobat.

Senior Contract (Data) Analyst Responsibilities

• Extensive knowledge or understanding of federal procurement, may be as federal employee and / or Contractor employee in the GS-1102 series or equivalent capacity as a contract specialist / administrator or procurement analyst.
• Utilize all phases of acquisition management
• Utilize federal and DoD contracting principles (Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)), DoD Directives and Instructions, laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Use methods and techniques of fact-finding, analysis, and resolution of complex problems, and the ability to develop concrete action plans to solve problems.
• Utilize the following Government-wide system's use and policy : FPDS, eSRS, FSRS, FBO, FAPIIS, and CPARS
• Familiarity with DOD Procurement Data Standards (PDS) / PDS error Guide.
• Good verbal, analytical and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills in tracking data and actions.
• Knowledge or understanding of writing professional documents.
• Knowledge or understanding in Customer Service.
• Well versed in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Skilled in Business Intelligence Reporting.
• Work with SharePoint
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
