As the Director of Sales & Service, you will  serve as a positive, visionary leader, passionate about the member experience as well as organizational growth. You will develop and execute effective sales and service strategies, processes, and standards that enrich financial lives. You will be instrumental in driving accountability and creating a member-first culture.

Please note that this position requires frequent travel amongst all NuMark branches.

What You'll Do :

  • Leads the consultative sales and service culture at NuMark Credit Union, driving growth, member satisfaction, and staff engagement.
  • Develops and supports sales and service processes.
  • Reinforces employee accountability and development through coaching, training, and ongoing assessments.
  • Collaborates with the Leadership Team to update, validate, and manage employee incentives to align with credit union goals.
  • Assists in setting organizational goals in deposit and consumer loan growth for the regular forecasting process and annual budgeting process.
  • Assists with setting sales goals and incentives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
  • Partners with our third-party vendors to manage the sales training, contests, and production of payment protection, collateral protection, and credit card sales.
  • Leads the implementation of a CRM, garner support, and utilize the CRM as an effective tool for growing relationships and tracking leads, including onboarding, and identifying the next best opportunity.
  • Conducts product knowledge training for all staff to ensure the team understands the features and benefits and can make informed recommendations.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience in related field.
  • At least five years of operational and sales experience in a supervisory capacity of a full-service financial institution required.
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills required.
  • The ability to collaborate to reach a common goal is critical to success.
  • Must be fully invested in the development and success of various sales teams.
  • Must be able to prioritize relationships with sales staff and managers, throughout the organization, to gain buy-in and trust.
  • Ability to plan and organize the activities of others required. Must be able to modify leadership style or managerial approach in order to achieve department and cross-servicing goals.
  • Must be thoroughly knowledgeable of all Credit Union programs and services as well as the regulations and compliance issues related to them.
  • Ability to travel between branches is required.

  • The budgeted compensation range for this position is $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually (exempt). Individual rates vary based on skills and experience. This position is also eligible to earn quarterly operational performance bonuses.
