Customer Service Rep

AHF Products has a job opportunity for a Customer Service Rep to be located in Mountville, PA. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The Customer Service Rep is responsible for all aspects of customer assistance. This position is located in our Mountville, PA Corporate Office, requiring attendance and adherence to scheduled and assigned work hours. Position is not a telecommuting position.

Job Duties :

  • Handling calls regarding everything from order placement and order confirmation to material availability, product information, and requests to rush orders.
  • Communicating with various individuals including retailers, distributors, and freight carriers as well as internal contacts such as sales, production planning, plants, finance, and transportation to service customer orders and inquiries.
  • Exercise strong listening skills and decision-making capabilities to resolve customer issues resulting quickly and effectively in superior customer satisfaction.
  • Provide back-up support within the team or swing capacity within the Customer Service Department.

  • Frequent bending, lifting 50 lbs., standing / walking 8+ hours a day, squatting, reaching, pushing and pulling
  • Frequent vision must be sufficient for inputting data into a computer.
  • Frequent sitting or standing for extended periods of time
  • Occasional walking, stretching, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, grasping and repetitive movements
  • Frequent Talk, hear, read, write, and comprehend English
  • Frequent Must be able to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment
