Claims Analyst

Thomasville, GA | $15.00 / Hourly

An insurance company is looking for a claims analyst to help families when they need it the most. You must be punctual, reliable, and ready to help. You will be expected to be empathetic when helping grieving families and strive to have a positive and help-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls
Working well with others
Ordering medical records
Processing claims
Preform related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Be able to work with others with no disruptions

Have basic computer knowledge

Have great customer service skills

Perform the essential job functions safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and / or quantitative productivity standards

Have your own transportation

Be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds

Have a clean background

Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

Have a clean drug screen

Be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone

Location : Thomasville, Georgia

Pay Rate : $15.00 / Hourly

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.
