Paragon Staffing, LLC — a leader in Environmental and Industrial Staffing — is seeking a Staffing Manager to oversee our recruiting and dispatch operations. This role ensures that every client job order is fully serviced, properly staffed, and managed with precision and urgency.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coach recruiters and dispatchers to meet daily staffing goals.

Track all job orders to ensure positions are filled completely and on schedule.

Coordinate same-day dispatching, confirmations, and attendance tracking.

Ensure all active job sites are properly staffed and clients’ needs are fully serviced.

Manage onboarding, background checks, E-Verify, and compliance documentation.

Communicate daily with clients to confirm fill rates, worker performance, and scheduling updates.

Prepare weekly reports summarizing placements, attendance, and upcoming needs.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce management.

Proven leadership and ability to manage a recruiting / dispatch team.

Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills.

Must thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) highly preferred.

Compensation

$60,000 base salary + performance bonuses.
