What You’ll Do The CoreWeave Communications team shapes the company’s voice, reputation, and visibility at the center of the global AI conversation. We tell impactful stories that connect our technology, customers, and leadership to the broader world.

About The Role CoreWeave is hiring its first Head of Digital Communications to build and scale our global digital presence. In this highly strategic and hands-on role, you will define and execute multi-platform social strategy, create compelling content, and connect insights across earned, owned, and shared channels. You will design reporting systems that measure impact, track risks and opportunities, and ensure our narrative is discoverable across search and AI-powered platforms. This is a rare opportunity to build the digital communications function from the ground up and directly shape how the world sees CoreWeave.

Who You Are (This section has to be the technical and measurable requirement of the role, soft skills cannot be measured)

7–10+ years of experience in digital communications, social media, or content strategy, ideally in high-growth technology.

Proven track record building and executing multi-platform social and digital strategies at scale.

Deep knowledge of social platforms, SEO, audience behavior, analytics, and reporting systems.

Strong editorial and content creation skills, with ability to simplify complex topics.

Hands-on experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native scheduling tools).

Proficiency with analytics and listening tools such as Brandwatch, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or equivalent.

Preferred

Familiarity with generative AI tools.

Background in cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise technology.

Experience managing or scaling digital presence in global markets, with understanding of regionally relevant platforms.

The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
