A full-time leadership opportunity is open for an experienced Nursing Director NICU to oversee a Level III neonatal intensive care unit in Harlingen, Texas. This role reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and holds 24 / 7 accountability for NICU operations and potentially other assigned nursing areas.
