What We Are Looking For

A Visual Merchandising Specialist who will play a key role in elevating the customer experience through strategic visual merchandising and outstanding service. This position is responsible for upholding brand standards, creating engaging and effective product displays, and serving as a primary point of contact to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Beyond merchandising, the role actively engages with customers to share product knowledge, address questions, and foster a welcoming atmosphere. By combining creativity with a strong customer-centric approach, the specialist will analyze customer feedback and sales data to uncover opportunities to enhance the in-store experience. This position also requires travel to customer retail locations, pop-up events, and partner stores to assist with setup, merchandising, training, and ensuring consistent adherence to brand standards.
