Grainger Corporate Services LLC is seeking a Data Engineer in Lake Forest, IL with the following requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field plus 1 year related experience. Prior experience must include : Owner mindset : solve problems and deliver results without direct oversight and develop clean, well-tested code that meets business objectives in collaboration with the larger team; Build data pipelines using the right tools, technologies and architecture of automated, scalable, resilient and distributed data platform; Author data quality checks to support the medallion architecture and architect quality and testing frameworks that our quality checks are built upon; Support data infrastructure activities including connecting, standardizing, and automating data from various sources. 100% remote work allowed from anywhere in the U.S.

Compensation : The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000.00 to $143,500.00, which reflects the potential base pay at the time of this posting. Base pay will depend on factors such as work location, relevant experience, and skills. Grainger reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate compensation and benefit programs in its sole discretion at any time, consistent with applicable law.
