About the Role : ExcelCare at Wilmington is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team. As an RN, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality care, supporting residents’ health goals, and leading clinical excellence. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling and a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Assess resident health and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders

Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Qualifications :

Active Delaware RN license

Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills

Availability to work every other weekend (required for part-time roles)

Schedule Options :

Full-Time : Consistent weekly hours with full benefits

Part-Time : Flexible shifts, includes every other weekend
