Our client, a leading General Contractor specializing in the Mission Critical sector, is seeking experienced Schedulers to join their team and work on cutting-edge hyperscale data center projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules, preparing multiple scenarios for management review and integrating approved approaches into the master schedule.
  • Collect, analyze, and utilize historical and forecast data to support accurate planning and forecasting for future projects.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of project scopes, contracts, and key deliverables to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Collaborate directly with Owners to ensure customer satisfaction and promptly implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Provide detailed scheduling analysis to identify delays, assess impacts, and proactively mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure project teams understand and respond appropriately to schedule-related risks and potential delays.
  • Monitor contract compliance, delay notices, and proper documentation of all project schedules, escalating concerns to management when required.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by participating in project pursuits, preparing fee proposals, RFP responses, and presentation materials.
  • Prepare clear schedule narratives that outline critical assumptions for internal documentation, GMPs, and Owner reporting.
  • Conduct monthly schedule audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and performance tracking.
  • Train and mentor Project Managers and Superintendents on scheduling best practices and software use to improve field execution.
  • Foster and support a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 4 – 10+ years of relevant project scheduling experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Proficient understanding of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
  • Strong skills in document control and office software such as Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced proficiency in scheduling software including, but not limited to, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (MSP).
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel or relocate to project sites as needed.
