Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a sales leadership role and must be willing to obtain insurance license post hire. Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performance sales teams. Experience handling medium to long-term sales cycles with a strategic approach to business development. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to implement data-driven improvements. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel as needed for client engagement and market development. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
