Events Coordinator
We are a dynamic and fast-growing company in the financial auto industry, focused on delivering results and building strong relationships in our local markets. We're seeking a smart, resourceful, and highly organized Events Coordinator to support our regional operations and marketing initiatives.
The Events Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting local market activities, dealer support, event coordination, and regional communication. This person will serve as the point of contact between the field and corporate teams, helping ensure alignment, efficiency, and follow-through.
Basic Responsibilities
- Coordinate local marketing events, promotions, and sponsorships
- Support market-level sales and marketing teams with materials, logistics, and follow-up
- Track inventory, promotional materials, and campaign performance
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate deliverables
- Assist in preparing regional reports and recaps
- Communicate updates, deadlines, and resources to field teams
- Ensure brand consistency in all local executions
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, field support, or administrative rolesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationProficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM platformsExperience working with multiple teams and managing deadlinesHigh attention to detail and follow-throughBilingual (English / Spanish) a plusCompany Benefits
