Salary : $70,000 per year depending on education and experience.

TRAVEL WILL BE REQUIRED.

Education Requirements :

Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required.

Licensure / Certification :

Licensed Master’s Social Worker (LMSW) or other social work licensure that meet the requirements for the position. Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.

Experience Requirements :

Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience. Experience in community mental health, quality assurance, and care coordination is preferred.

The Clinical Outreach Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing outreach strategies that connect individuals and communities to the organization’s clinical services. This role builds strong relationships with community partners and referral sources, increases awareness of programs, and ensures streamlined access to care. The Clinical Outreach Manager collaborates with clinical teams to coordinate referrals, monitor access pathways, and uphold quality care standards throughout the outreach process. The Clinical Outreach Manager will also oversee quality of care concerns, telehealth services, and care calls.
