We are looking for an empathetic and motivated Recovery Coach to join our team. The Recovery Coach will work one-on-one with individuals and families on their journey to recovery, helping them set goals, navigate challenges, and connect with necessary resources. Through active listening, mentorship, and resource navigation, the Recovery Coach plays a key role in empowering clients to build a fulfilling, substance-free life.
What You Will Be Doing To Support Families...
- Understand and fully support the Recovery Coach Model
- Provide service in a home-based or community-based setting
- Provide care coordination, advocacy, parenting skills and support, and recovery coaching to Recoverees enrolled in the program
- Participate in developing and implementing a parenting group that supports and promotes recovery
- Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of program and individuals
- Maintaining strict confidentiality is a necessity in this position
- Other duties assigned as necessary to maintain the program operations of the Center
- Driving is required
