Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician- Window and Door installation

Location : Remote with travel in Boston area, Hudson Valley, NY, and New Hampshire

Pay : $30-45 / hr

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to provide exceptional repair and installation services for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with windows and doors including install, repair, carpentry, and a strong commitment to customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality work while maintaining customer satisfaction in various onsite settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform window repair and installation services at client locations.
  • Conduct carpentry work as needed to support window and door installations.
  • Utilize Windows Suite applications for job documentation and reporting.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and needs.
  • Operate the WebWindowCare system for scheduling and job tracking.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of tools and materials for efficient service delivery.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience installing and repairing windows and doors
  • Carpentry skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Windows Suite and WebWindowCare applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
