NILO is one of the fastest growing Beverage Brands in the US. We are looking to hire an exceptional Developer / AI Specialist to join our team. The AI Specialist will be responsible to build / maintain Monday.com automations, implement AI workflows (OCR + GPT), stand up Business Intelligence (dashboards & reporting).

Job Execution

  • Monday.com & other Automations
  • Design / fix automations (board architecture, cross-board logic, SLAs, notifications).
  • Build scenarios in Make (Integromat) (preferred) or Zapier; handle webhooks & simple APIs.
  • Add monitoring / alerts, retries, and run logs. Document everything clearly.

AI / LLM Workflows

  • Use OpenAI / LLMs to structure data from images / docs (OCR + GPT pipelines).
  • Example : Compare two images attached to a Monday item ? write back ? / ? and a one-line explanation.
  • Engineer prompts for consistent JSON output; normalize numbers / dates / currencies.

    • Business Intelligence (BI) & Reporting

  • Define core KPIs (ops, fulfillment, support, finance-lite).
  • Stand up dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio / Power BI / Tableau / Metabase or Monday dashboards).
  • Build lightweight data pipelines from Monday.com, Sheets, and other sources (Make / Zapier, Apps Script; optional warehouse like BigQuery / Snowflake).
  • Data modeling & cleansing, refresh schedules, access / permissions, data quality checks.
  • Produce recurring summaries and ad-hoc analyses that drive decisions.

    • Tech & Tools

  • Monday.com power user (boards, automations, permissions, dashboards).
  • Make (Integromat) expert (or advanced Zapier), JSON parsing, webhooks.
  • Practical OpenAI / LLM usage; prompt design; structured outputs; error handling.
  • OCR with Google Vision / AWS Textract / Microsoft OCR or GPT-Vision via URLs.
  • BI : KPI design, dashboarding (Looker Studio / Power BI / Tableau / Metabase), data modeling, data hygiene.
  • SQL (comfortable), strong Sheets / Excel; basic API / GraphQL (Monday v2).
  • Solid IT fundamentals (Google / Microsoft admin basics).
