Job Description

The Project Manager - Local Pharma Project Pipeline - Raleigh will be responsible for :

  • Lead commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through final closeout, ensuring quality and success at every phase
  • Drive project schedules and ensure key milestones and deadlines are consistently met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams , subcontractors, and consultants to keep projects running smoothly
  • Deliver exceptional client service , earning trust and positive feedback through strong communication and results
  • Foster and maintain lasting relationships with both internal team members and external partners

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Local Pharma Project Pipeline - Raleigh should have :

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
  • Proven track record managing ground-up healthcare construction projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Proficient with project management software (experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of industry practices, processes, and standards and how they influence project success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ; able to interface effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Business-minded with a professional demeanor; represents the company with integrity at all levels
  • Raleigh-area candidates preferred, but open to relocation for the right individual
