Tubman is seeking aYouth & Family Worker in our Rapid Re-housing program to join a dynamic and collaborative team to support the agencys mission, vision, and values.
This position provides wrap-around services for survivors as they transition from homelessness into stable housing across Hennepin County. In this role, you champion individuals and families as a direct services staff to provide mentorship and resources to help them maximize their potential by highlighting their individual strengths. You will also serve as a systems change advocate to ensure relevant services for youth and families who represent historically marginalized communities. The role is on-site at Tubman Chrysalis as well as in Hennepin County, where program participants reside. Monday Friday with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary for this position is $23.50.
