In this role, you should expect these responsibilities to be part of your day-to-day schedule :
Coordinate and Manage Tailored Lead-Generation Campaigns : You will be responsible for creating and implementing lead-generation strategies that resonate with our target audience. Your role involves crafting customized outreach campaigns designed to maximize engagement and outreach efficiency
Optimizing and Managing Campaigns : Take charge of ongoing campaign management by continuously monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing for performance. Utilize advanced tools for A / B testing, CRM analytics, and other methodologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates
Engaging and Nurturing Leads : You will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with potential clients through personalized communication channels, including email, video, and phone follow up. You will work in tandem with our sales team to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and guided through the sales funnel
Closing Sales Deals : Collaborate closely with the sales team to streamline the conversion of leads into tangible appointments and, ultimately, customers. Your insights and analytical reports will be invaluable in achieving and surpassing sales targets
Analyzing Performance : Be the authority on campaign performance by tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key metrics. Your reports will not only highlight achievements but also pave the way for future campaign strategies and improvements
You Must Have :
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in cold outbound email marketing and inbound marketing, with a proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns
Software Proficiency : Extensive experience with leading digital marketing platforms such as Marketo, SendGrid, Infusionsoft, Kajabi, Amplemarket, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc
Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze campaign data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance
Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting engaging and persuasive outreach messages
Team Collaboration : Ability to work seamlessly with sales and marketing teams, contributing to a cohesive lead nurturing and conversion process
Authorized to Work in the US : You must be authorized to work in the US
Our ideal Lead Generation Specialist must possess :
Minimum 2+ years in leadGen / sales / customer experience management
Scrappy mentality — we wear many hats and are willing to get our hands dirty
Technical curiosity and experience — we're proficient in our platform knowledge
Proven ability to educate executive decision-makers, building and maintaining relationships with them
Proven track record of lead generation success within your book of business
Excellent creative and critical thinking skills — we have to be preemptive
Strong communication and presentation skills—Much of our day-to-day work involves selling and presenting solutions to team members and customers
Adaptable nature and the willingness and ability to shift strategies on a dime to meet the needs of our stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple complex customer journeys at once
