Job Duties and Responsibilities :
As a Surface Experts Business Development Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build a relationship with our customers.
In the Field Daily
Meeting with 12-15 contacts a day.On-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-upsVisiting a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.Customer Relationship Development
Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitationsValidating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improveEarning the trust with our Customers through servingBrainstorming and researching new customer opportunitiesFollow Sales Process
Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practiceDocumenting sales activities in CRM; tracking a client from lead to Work Order and all the steps in betweenReporting data accurately daily / weeklyPlanning and executing sales strategy for territoryRequired Qualifications :
Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energeticEnjoys working with other peopleLicensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving recordProfessional, caring and service-mindedReadiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales teamBonus Qualifications :
General working knowledge of property management and / or construction industryExperience using CRM tool and processExperience working in base + commission environment
