As a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Financial Bank, Summit has built a strong reputation for delivering customized equipment finance solutions across the country. We are expanding our Lender Documentation Department and are seeking two (2) full-time Funding Specialists to join our team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Process documentation required to complete Debt or Purchase Fundings
• Manage all documentation related to Vendor Finance Program transactions
• Review and process Lessee / Lessor documentation
• Prepare and process Loan and Assignment documents
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all transaction documentation
• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners
• Maintain and update spreadsheets and tracking reports
• Assist with Equity deal reviews as needed
• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines across multiple transactions
