Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide specialized speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in a dynamic school setting. This part-time contract role offers approximately 10 hours per week supporting students' communication needs through in-person and teletherapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions for students with speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support students communication goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
  • Utilize teletherapy techniques when appropriate to extend services
  • Participate as a member of the schools multidisciplinary team aimed at enhancing student success

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Current state Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) credential required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) desirable
  • Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy within healthcare, school, or teletherapy settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with K-12 children and adolescents
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Location : Coronado, CA
