Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering to lead the technical direction of Frontend Architecture and Developer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead high-impact technical projects to enhance frontend developer productivity

Collaborate with engineers to scale shared tooling and enforce consistency

Define the long-term vision and roadmap for frontend development

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles

Strong knowledge of web architecture patterns focused on scalability and maintainability

Deep experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React, and proficiency in TypeScript

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
