Role Summary

  • The Chief Marketing Office (CMO) is seeking a Sr. Administrative Business Partner to support the Digital Marketing Office (DMO) during a sabbatical coverage period.
  • This full-time gig opportunity will run from October 6, 2025, through January 5, 2026.
  • In this role, you'll provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director of Digital Marketing, and the DMO team.
  • You will partner closely with the CPO and CMO Operations & Administration team to streamline workflows, enable cross-functional communication, and ensure seamless execution of priorities.
  • The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, influences without authority, works through ambiguity, demonstrates organizational agility, and brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

5 to 7 (Genentech experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level support to the Executive Director, Digital Marketing, and the DMO Team at large.
  • Manage complex, dynamic calendars across leaders and teams.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for DMO new hires (orientation, welcome activities, technology setup, distribution lists, etc.)
  • Lead and support ad hoc project management and team coordination.
  • Partner on end-of-year team culture initiatives.
  • Support Aurora launch planning and execution. Specific activities include providing calendar management for the program team and subteams across CPO & DDA.
  • Work closely with Ops, LS&D & Client to schedule training sessions and culture events.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to train others on systems, processes, and administrative tools.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding objectives while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong judgment and ability to drive decision-making independently.
  • Expertise with cSuite and collaboration tools : Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Trello, Jamboard, Google Meet, Zoom.
  • Passion for adopting and promoting digital tools that improve team efficiency and productivity.
