ROLE DESCRIPTION :

This is an in-person part-time position from 9 : 30AM -1 : 30PM Monday through Friday in our office.

In this specific Customer Service Representative role with Lenschow Insurance & Financial Services, Inc., you are an integral part of our Customer Care and Customer Relations team where you will be one of the first points of contact from current and potential customers calling the office, coming into the office or reaching out via email / text. In this role, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth that we have developed over the past 24+ years in our agency. QUALIFICATIONS :

If you don't have an active Property / Casualty Producer license in Illinois, we will guide you through the process in order to sit for the exam. After six months of service in the team following obtaining a new license, you are eligible for reimbursement of licensing fees.
