General Practice (Veterinarian)

Introduction Our client is a hospital currently hiring for a full-time or part-time Veterinarian to join a dynamic small animal and exotics practice. The clinic treats dogs, cats, and a range of exotic species, offering an opportunity for veterinarians to expand their clinical interests. Working Hours / Rota The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM and Saturday from 8 : 00 AM to 12 : 00 PM. It is closed on Sundays. The position offers flexibility for either full-time or part-time scheduling and promotes a healthy work-life balance with an efficient and supportive team structure. Role Description and Responsibilities The Veterinarian will provide care across wellness exams, sick patient treatment, client education, surgery, and dentistry. Responsibilities include diagnostics, radiology, spay and neuter procedures, electrosurgery, soft tissue surgery, and cryosurgery. The clinic welcomes candidates of all experience levels, including new graduates, and provides mentorship for those starting their careers. An interest in surgery, dentistry, and client communication is encouraged. Practice Details The facility is equipped with digital radiology, electrosurgery units, in-house diagnostics, and tools for a wide range of procedures from routine wellness care to specialized surgeries. The hospital offers comprehensive services including wellness and vaccination, parasite prevention, nutrition counseling, and surgical care.
