The Role

As a People & Culture (P&C) Partner within our GeminiApp Unit, you will help shape the future of AI by building a personal, proactive and powerful universal assistant. You will collaborate with GeminiApp senior leaders to cultivate healthy, high-performing teams, understand the business, provide strategic direction and coaching, and lead change management across a dynamic, global organization.

You will proactively design and implement creative people and culture solutions that drive exceptional team performance and align with organizational and product goals, delivering measurable, impactful results.

Responsibilities

Driving business strategy and outcomes — deeply understand the organization’s product, business and goals, and drive people strategies and tactics to support it
Delivering high-impact solutions to challenges including organization design and leadership capability, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Partnering with and coaching senior leaders to develop their skills and improve team and organizational performance
Acting with confidence and strong judgment in a fast-paced environment, instilling trust and delivering thoughtful, bespoke, creative solutions
Being proactive and adaptable, anticipating and addressing challenges before they arise
Utilizing a data-driven approach to partnering

About You

In order to set you up for success as a People & Culture Partner at Google DeepMind, we look for the following skills and experience :

Substantial experience operating as an HR professional, ideally spanning both agile, scaling businesses and larger, complex, matrixed companies

Ability to lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritizing and delegating effectively; experience transitioning between strategic planning and hands-on execution

Strong understanding of human behavior and self-awareness

Experience as a trusted thought partner with senior leaders, enabling influence on decisions

Excellent organizational skills, ability to work at a fast pace, and proactive approach

Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive creative, innovative ideas; strategic thinking with a focus on organizational excellence

A desire for a career-defining role in a mission-driven, pioneering organization

Advantage : Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment; experience in AI or a product organization, and / or experience within Alphabet.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $156,000 - $246,000 + bonus + benefits.
