Position Overview

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve students in the Fort Worth, TX area for the 20252026 school year. This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized and small-group therapy while collaborating with educators, families, and staff to support communication and learning outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

Local candidates : hourly pay $52 - $60

Travel candidates : weekly take-home pay $1707 - $1936

Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs considered

School-based experience strongly preferred

Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Key Duties

Conduct speech and language assessments to determine student needs

Design and implement individualized therapy plans

Deliver therapy sessions in individual and group settings

Participate in IEP meetings with recommendations and updates

Partner with teachers to integrate communication strategies into classroom activities

Complete timely documentation in accordance with state and district standards

Provide family support to encourage skill development outside of school
