Join a family-friendly and child-focused Pediatric Emergency Department, separate from the adult ED, under the umbrella of the Emergency Medicine department Average volume of 26,000 patients per year in our modern facility, featuring 16 beds and a 3-bed fast-track unit Collaborate with a dynamic team , consisting of 32 hours of attending coverage per day and 30 hours of Advanced Practice Provider (APP) coverage per day Engage in teaching and mentorship opportunities with Pediatrics, Med-Peds, and Family Medicine residents, as well as medical students and Nurse Practitioner students Enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a $50,000 Sign-On Bonus , additional incentive bonuses, and $100,000 in loan repayment Benefit from a very comprehensive relocation package to make relocation as easy as possible Qualifications Board Eligible / Board Certified in Pediatric Emergency Medicine Eligibility to obtain a NYS Medical License H1b and Green Card candidates accepted Board Eligibility / Certification Requirement : In accordance with our hospital bylaws, all employed physicians must achieve Board Eligibility or Board Certification from a recognized U.S. specialty board within five years of completing an ACGME-accredited residency program. Rochester Regional Health's 5 hospital locations within the Rochester region range from an 8-bed to a 60 bed Emergency Department serving a range of 21,500 to 125,000 patients annually with complex cases transferring to Rochester General Hospital. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts. In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices.
