Pay : $21.00 - $26.39 hourly, plus $1.75 per hour Shift Differential Premium for hours worked between 6pm-6am
Status 100% Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Union

JOB SUMMARY : Under the supervision of the school-based Program Supervisor, the OUT Program Specialist focuses on supporting LGBTQ+ youth through direct engagement in school-based clubs, leading youth leadership initiatives, and coordinating events like the Power in Prevention Summit. The position supports coalition efforts to address substance use and mental health, assists with outreach and training, manages program data and documentation, fulfills grant requirements, and maintains digital communications platforms.
