Resident Care

  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
  • Provide support with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and behavior to nursing staff.
  • Assist with medication administration as directed by nursing staff and care plans

Meal Assistance

  • Help residents during meals, ensuring dietary needs and restrictions are followed.
  • Assist with serving snacks and beverages throughout the day.

    • Companionship and Activities

  • Engage with residents through conversation and companionship.
  • Support residents during scheduled weekly activities and outings.

    • Safety and Documentation

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
  • Document care provided, including activities, meals, and any changes in residents' conditions, in compliance with facility policies.

    • Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other team members to meet residents' care plans.
  • Assist with shift transitions by sharing relevant updates.

    • OPEN SHIFTS – Zae Assisted Living LLC (Brooklyn Park, MN)

    Evening / PM (4 : 00 PM–10 : 00 PM) : EOW (Every Other Weekend)

    PER DIEM (as needed, no hour guarantee) :

  • Pick up open DAY, PM, AND NOC shifts based on facility needs
  • Priority access to last-minute openings / call-outs
  • Minimum commitment : 2 shifts / month preferred

The home is accessible, thoughtfully furnished, and designed to support safety, dignity, and independence. Individualized service plans are developed with each resident and their care team.
