About The Position

Wellhart is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens position in Texas. This 120-day assignment at a hospital setting begins on March 4, 2024, with a potential for extension. The CRNA will work full-time, Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm, on a 4x10 schedule with a rotating day off. The provider will be responsible for delivering anesthesia care for various cases, including General, GI, Ortho, Gyn, and Urology procedures, under medical direction. This opportunity offers a chance to work in a dynamic hospital environment, utilizing the Medaxion Pulse system, and requires a current Texas license.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures, including General, GI, Ortho, Gyn, and Urology cases
• Work under medical direction in a hospital setting
• Utilize Medaxion Pulse system for patient care and documentation
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop appropriate anesthesia plans
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed during procedures
• Manage post-anesthesia care and recovery
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
