Position Information :

Northwestern Health Sciences University is seeking a dynamic Director of Clinical Education for our College of Chiropractic to lead and advance one of the most respected Clinical-Based Internship (CBI) programs in the country.

At NWHSU, clinical education is a cornerstone of student success. Our innovative, student-centered approach empowers learners to personalize their clinical journey through tailored clerkships, internships, and preceptorships. With a robust network of diverse CBI sites and a cutting-edge competency-based assessment system, we consistently support strong student outcomes and real-time academic growth.

As Director, you'll play a vital leadership role in strengthening our CBI partnerships, expanding student opportunities, mentoring faculty, and ensuring academic excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of healthcare education at a university known for producing confident, practice-ready graduates.

This is a year-round, faculty position where academic rank and compensation will be determined by qualifications and experience.

Work Location :   Bloomington, MN with flexibility to work hybrid; must live local and be able to come to campus as needed.

Course Assignments May Include :   This leader will manage the Clinical Education courses and teach with 2-3 Clinical Clerkship courses and cover 1-2 Clinical Internship 1 supervisory shifts. On occasion this leader may also provide interim coverage of courses as needed.
