Floor Attendant - Wellness Center

Position : Floor Attendant

Location : Coral Gables, FL

Employment Type : Full-Time / Part-Time

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? Join our dynamic team at [Med Spa Name] as a Floor Attendant! This role is vital to supporting daily operations and ensuring our clients enjoy a seamless and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement : Greet clients warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out processes, and address any questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience. Provide top-notch customer service, assist clients on the floor, and maintain an inviting, organized environment.
  • Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and ensure the floor is fully equipped with necessary products.
  • Facility Maintenance : Regularly inspect and clean common areas, treatment rooms, and waiting areas to maintain a pristine environment that reflects the spa's high standards.
  • Laundry Duties : Wash, fold, and organize towels, linens, and other essential items to support daily operations.
  • Service Maintenance : Help maintain and ensure the functionality of equipment and service areas, keeping them in line with our high-quality standards.
  • Event Support : Support special events, promotions, or client appreciation days by preparing the space, coordinating materials, and providing additional on-the-floor assistance as needed.
  • Support for Practitioners : Assist estheticians, medical staff, and therapists with setting up and breaking down rooms between appointments to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Mail Handling : Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not requiredwillingness to learn is what matters most!
