Our client, a leading 3PL specializing in warehousing, fulfillment, and value-added logistics, is expanding their U.S. sales presence and seeking a results-driven Sales Executive based in the Greater Houston area. This role is ideal for a hunter with strong knowledge of logistics and deep connections in the freight forwarding and distribution space.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by selling warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution solutions
Develop new business through outreach, networking, and leveraging your existing relationships
Maintain and grow accounts by delivering high-touch client service
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients
Represent the company at industry events and trade functions
Use CRM systems to manage pipeline, forecast sales, and track performance metrics
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
3+ years of B2B sales experience in logistics, warehousing, 3PL, or freight forwarding
Strong understanding of warehousing, value-added services, and the Port of Houston market
Proven ability to both grow an existing book of business and generate new leads
Existing network of freight forwarders, distributors, or logistics buyers in Texas
Strong presentation, communication, and client engagement skills
Comfortable working independently in a high-accountability, results-focused role
Experience with CRM tools and pipeline tracking
Freight forwarding background is acceptable and encouraged
