Executive Administrative Assistant and Operations Coordinator for the Welsh Academy
About The Welsh Academy : As a part of Saint Ignatius High School, and partnering with local families and the local community, The Welsh Academy offers boys entering the sixth grade from the City of Cleveland and inner-ring suburbs an opportunity for an educational experience rooted in Jesuit ideals and Catholic theology. The academy serves young adolescents in grades six through eight. Prospective students and their families of modest economic means who know that a high-quality education can change the trajectory of a life. Families choose The Welsh Academy because it offers opportunities to more fully prepare their sons for high school. The Welsh Academy school day is longer, which allows for more time for relationship building, preparation for the academic rigors of high school, and a learning environment that meets the needs of boys and how they learn best. Families who enroll their boys must be of moderate economic means. Boys who attend the academy must demonstrate academic promise and a personal commitment to their education. About the Position : The Welsh Academy is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as Administrative Operations Coordinator for the Welsh Academy. This role is a unique blend of Executive Assistant to the Principal, Administrative Assistant to a dedicated team of educators, and Operations Coordinator for a growing, mission-driven middle school. This individual must have a positive mindset, and must be organized, difficult to unnerve, caring, and detail-oriented. This individual must enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds. The individual who joins us must have a high proficiency in communicating in the Spanish language. We’re looking for someone who is deeply mission-aligned, and excited to be at the heart of a dynamic school community.
The Administrative Operations Coordinator is a central member of The Welsh Academy team and will report directly to the Principal. This is a full-time, year-round position (7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM) with a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Some evening and weekend hours will be expected based on the school calendar and events.

About Saint Ignatius High School :
Saint Ignatius High School, which opened its doors September 6, 1886, is a Jesuit college-preparatory school. The school enrolls more than 1,500 young men who hail from 96 cities in a nine-county region.
