Nurture a child's first five years by :

Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families, and children

Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety

Learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire

Managing operation of the school

Ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control

Requirements :

Completion of a 40-hour director's training that meets eligibility requirements with Bright from the Start (BFTS)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience as a director in an early childhood education setting

Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to approach challenging situations with professionalism and grace

Warm, loving, and approachable demeanor with both families and children
