Competitive Pay Rates :

• Start of Care Visit : $75 / visit
• Resumption of Care / Discharge : $65 / visit
• Regular Skilled Visit : $50 / visit
• Infusion Visits : $90 for the first 2 hours, then $40 / hour
• Private Duty Nursing (PDN) : $40 / hour
• Orientation / Training / Meetings : $20 / hour

Pediatric Focused RN Role :

We are seeking Registered Nurses with pediatric experience to provide care in a home setting. Whether its short-term skilled visits or long-term private duty shifts, youll be supporting families and improving the quality of life for young patients in need.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans
• Educate patients families on treatment and health maintenance
• Document care accurately and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to optimize care

Requirements :

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Pediatric and home health experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A passion for delivering compassionate, family-centered care
