Description :

We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery.

The unit is a level 1 maternity unit.

All staff are cross-trained for labor, mother / baby, newborn nursery, and postpartum care.

We average 30 deliveries each month.

There are 6 postpartum rooms and 4 labor and delivery rooms.

Charting is completed through specific electronic health record systems.

More than 3 years of experience in obstetrics is required.

Staff are expected to work every other weekend.

We follow staffing guidelines for maternal and neonatal care.

All staff are required to maintain BLS, ACLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring certifications.

Cancellation policy allows for cancellation of 1 week's worth of guaranteed hours during the contract period.
